Yes they are! I got the first one which is brown/bronze hued and they are perfect. So pigmented and the glitters are very very pigmented one swipe is all you need. Last ages too.

I love all of my Naked Palettes. Completely worth it in my opinion. But are you looking for shimmer or matte colors? I find that most people who don't like their Naked Palettes is because they were wanting more matte colors instead of the shimmers that the palette has to offer. My favorite is definitely Naked 3 but it just depends which colors you prefer. I also highly recommend you get a primer (UD Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, and Milani are my favorites) but that goes for any eyeshadow in my opinion, it really does make a difference in pigmentation and how long your shadow will last.

I also agree with Caitlin, I've had mine for two years (my Naked 1 & 2) and they both look barely used and I rotate the three of them about everyday! So yeah they do last forever.

I have naked 3 and must say I wish I would've gotten the first one or returned it because I never use it. I have blue eyes and thought the rose gold tones would appear lovely on my eyes but I felt that they just made them look...red 😁. So it's currently sitting in the storage portion of my makeup collection. I just got the first naked palette for Christmas and as much as I loved the colors, I returned it. Something about it just screamed mediocrity to me. And I haven't worn eyeshadow in several months because I don't really like the way it looks on my eyes. Other than a few light colors that is. This is just my personal preference and I know they are HIGHLY raved about so I would just say do what your heart desires 😃

Best pallets ever! My favorite is just the naked pallet is has so many great colors. They are not too sparkly, it super pretty :) go for it.
