What are some ways I can curl my hair naturally, without heat. I have tried braiding my hair but it just makes it frizzy and wavy.

I use a gel or mousse and I scrunch my hair. It doesn't get super curly, but it works. I have also seen people wet their hair and put mousse and some hair spray that doesn't have a hold effect right away and then french braid it. let it dry, take it out and it looked beautiful.

1. Have your hair "moist" a.k.a a little bit wattered.
2. Roll chunks of hair between two fingers and secure them onto your scalp.
3. Let it stay for at least six hours.
4. Shakem' loose :)

You can have curly hair without heat, it just might be a little tough to do depending on your hair. Try this, check out Paul Mitchell's fast form cream gel. It won't leave your hair crunchy like most gels, its a cream so its going to keep them smooth and frizz free. Also look into buying butterfly clips. Scrunch your hair with Paul Mitchell, then when its curly enough put your hair up in sections with the butterfly clips and let it dry. Finish with a really strong spray. I personally adore anything by Big sexy hair, or if you're on a budget check out Tresemme. Also look into getting layers if you want more body and volume. :)

Before bed dampen your hair and put if in a ponytail. Then take a tube sock and cut off the end of the sock so it's open on both ends. Roll the sock into a donut by pulling it inside out over and over. When it's in a donut shape use it to roll your ponytail into a bun. Leave it in overnight and in the morning you'll have beautiful curls!

Rag curls, pin curls or sponge rollers. Basically put them in when wet (with a setting spray/mousse) and sleep overnight or until dry. Check out a few vintage hair tutes on youtube superkawaiimama, LisaFreemontStreet, classicretroglamour are a few that do them.
