I have oily skin, hormonal acne, and very pale skin. It's just a complete mess a lot of the time. I keep trying to find a foundation that will work for me, and feel like I'm just wasting a bunch of money. Even if it looks great when I put it on, my skin looks red and oily after a couple hours. Does anyone know of some good products that will stay matte, but won't make me break out?

I have super oily skin and some redness and Covergirl 3 in 1 foundation works incredibly well and its like 10 bucks. It's never broken me out.

LANCOME IDOLE TEINT 24H FOUNDATION! Lol
I had to caps lock that because I can't stress enough how amazing this foundation is!
Full coverage on the first application meanwhile it covers my redness and acne scars. It definitely lasts ALL day and when I do become oily throughout the day, it's a minimum and when I blot the excess oil, no foundation rubs off (:. But it's also bc I set my foundation with a pressed setting powder, (Laura Mercier pressed setting powder to be exact).
Lancome foundation has become my holy grail foundation after I purchased and tried multiple high end foundations of which never satisfied me until I bought this foundation :D
Try it please!

And it does not break me out (:. I highly recommend a primer. I love Lancome Base Pro primer but if you can't afford it, I'd go with Rimmel Stay Matte primer (:

Thanks! I have Rimmel stay matte primer. I was using their matte foundation as well, but it was so thick and made me break out like crazy.
Thanks ladies! I'll see definitely look into both of those. :)
