Mud Mask. Good reviews but is it for blackheads?

Hi girls,
Is this mud mask actually as good as the reviews are (almost all of them were 5 stars)

Also, would it be good for blackheads? (a review said it was)

If not what can I do for deep blackheads (mine come back even after extracting with the tool recomended)

I also don't have the funding to see a dermatologist.
