Chocolate Bar Palette?

I just recieved my chocolate bar palette today and for some reason it doesn't smell like chocolate--at all. Does this mean something?

Guys, please help. I don't want to use it if this is bad because my friend's smells like chocolate.

Maybe because the colors haven't been disturbed, the aroma hasn't been released? Probably doesn't mean anything, if you're concerned however, send it back!

You prob got the original packaging I heard it doesn't smell but I don't know for sure!!

This may sound very odd but one time I used one of those shadows above my lip as a highlight and it got on my lips and it was very very sweet like the powder was sweet so I mean lol if your brave enough try that lol I made my mom put Some on her finger and lick it so its weird but a tiny bit won't hurt you
