Agreed with Courtney, what I do is take a shower before bed then spray some leave in conditioner, put my hair in braids and then wake up to really cute crimped waves, it lasts longer when you sleep with the braids.

I agree with the ladies above. I actually still own my crimper from the 80s lol it must be crazy bad for hair but now I'm tempted to dust it off!
