If your spot can move around.. go to the doctor! If you mean it is swollen/raised try a cool compress on it for a few minutes.

If it movies around, it could be a cyst. I had one on my forehead and had to get it surgically removed by a plastic surgeon when I was 11. For me, it didnt produce any pain in the time I had it. If its under the skin and you are able to move it around a bit, it could possibly be a cyst. It's nothing to worry about, but you should go to the dermatologist.
It could just be a small pimple, but you said there was no discharge. Maybe it is just a new one that isn't nearly ready to give off any discharge? Could you take a picture?

I think it's just cystic acne. Nothing to worry about really. I know those things really can hurt though! Put some spot treatment on it and try not to touch it! :) Also don't put tooth paste on it, because that can be really damaging to the skin!
