Pencil and liquid. There are liquid pencils you could try. They glide on really easy. Milani does one in black, brown purple and turquoise.

Liquid eyeliner, is one of the best for making a cat eye ,gel honestly more harder ( but more darker with the color) while for an eye liner, easy and get the job done easier

I love gel liner just because it gives me the best control. for a more easy look a pancil liner is great too and I love blending it out a little.

Gel is the most versatile, but you can make a cateye out of even a pencil, just pick the product from the tip with a thin liner or angled brush and apply. If it's too hard, just warm it with a blow drier or flame to soften it up. Viola!!😁
