So I'm gifting some new makeup I bought to a friend for her birthday. she has dirty blond hair, light blue eyes and a beige skin tone with a neutral undertone. pictures of the makeup are below.

Case the pics but I would think anything goldy, bronzy, maybe some purples will look great with her light blue eyes. always refer to the color theory and apply it to makeup.
