We have a beauty store chain here called Beauty Brands and they're brand is Koco. They sell little single eyeshadows for 5 dollars each. I have a few they're AMAZING. You can buy them on their website too :)

Wet n' wild. Particularly the comfort zone palette? Very soft and pigmented and extremely cheap.
