Hi dolls, I'm looking for not so expensive but effective makeup and I'm aiming to get them on cybermonday sale since I live in a small country South America that doesn't have that much brands I had to order them. I am now getting a lot more into make up so tips on big eye shadow palletes,lipsticks,gel liners,foundation etc. please mention either the name of the brand or website thanks!!

I just saw that you said non expensive products, oops! For good quality products on a budget I would suggest:
-Physician's Formula Bronzers and Blushers
-NYX Butter Glosses
-Revlon Lipstains
-Almay Smokey-I trio palettes for brown, hazel, green, and blue eyes (they have a few differing shadow palettes for each individual eye colour).
-Jordana Best Lash Extreme Mascara

If you truly want to splurge on eyeshadow palettes, try the naked basics, too faced chocolate bar or lorac pro
BUT
Coastal Scents has two palettws with great pigmentation that have colors similar to the naked palettes that are almost 30 dollars cheaper(:

If you're a beginner most likely you probably don't want expensive brands not unless you do. I would start with a Bob cream,concealer,mascara,eyebrow tools, and a neutral shadow palette. and a lipgloss.
