Should I deep condition before or after I shampoo my hair?

I have very dry hair, I don't really use heat, I desperately need to add moisture back into my hair.

Also, any good deep condition treatments you would recommend? I am not sure why but oils are not working for me, I tried it my hair is ok after the treatment but in 2 days it's dry as usual.

I always do it after too

I use the macadamia deep repair masque. Really like it! I use it once a week. I also use loteal everstrong anti breakage shampoo/conditioner. It's sulfate free!

What oils have you tried? I heard argan works welk.

Thanks Emily, I will have a look to purchase that macadamia masque then. I tried to use olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, I left it on my hair about 3-4 hours but then I had to use shampoo when I washed it out otherwise my hair looks like I had not washed it for a week :))

Ah yea. I try to apply oil mostly to my ends, that might help keeping it less greasy looking
