Tragus piercing help.

So I got my tragus pierced about 6 months ago I really just want to take the stud out to clean it, but I can't get it out. I tried twisting, pulling, and nothing is working. It's the stud the place used it's just a clear diamond with a flat back. Anyone have any tips on how to take this out?

I had one similar to that when I first got it done, they're really complicated to get out. if nothing works go back to wear you got it pierced & ask them to help you. I have my mom do it & she has to use tweezers sometimes. :) it's cute, worth the trouble!
