I would ask a moderator on here (Kitty, Alma, omg forgot the rest so sorry). I'm 13 and I have post pictures of myself and its totally fine:) its completely up to you however, if your not comfortable with it then don't. But honestly it is safe, but I would just ask a moderator:)

Is it safe to post pictures on Beautylish?
That question is actually very complex within itself.
Beautylish does take user privacy very seriously, and unlike most social media platforms when we see a creep being a creep action is taken almost immediately.
Now, I will tell you this
If you don't feel comfortable posting, then simply don't do it. It shouldn't matter what age you are it's your choice and your option to freely decide.
My best word of advice on the matter of posting pictures for any social media platform is simply not to post anything you'd be embarrassed to show to a room full of strangers as that's essentially what you are doing or posting something that can basically bite you in the butt.

It's not really a "safe or not" kind-of thing. It's more of if you want to show your face to the public or not. You just need to be careful with what picture you post, since this is a BEAUTY website.

Cailyn you're very smart for thinking about this! Kitty hit it on the head, as with any site take care in what you post on any site, because there may be creeps out there. Beautylish has always been great about making this place comfortable, but in general it's good to remember that anything you post on the Web is something you would feel comfortable with your parents seeing. This place is a pretty good place to share, but no website is foolproof.
You're clearly a very smart chick when it comes to thinking about this. Ultimately do what you feel comfortable and confident doing.
