If you don't get answers on here you could look up reviews on Google or amazon or target or walmart! Never used it but that's my advice lol.

I haven't used the spray but I used the same thing in the gel and it did nothing but sting and made the bumps redder. But I have very sensitive skin.

I have, and the gel too. it does work! md smells nice. try not to use it where it can get inside because thats going to cause a yeast!
