My double chin is kind of flat and it takes away my chin whenever I talk in videos. So I'm trying to figure out how to contour it so it separate better on screen?

Think of shade and light, by adding darkness, using a matte bronzer and highlight just above, on the jaw bone itself. I would also say, put your makeup on sorting in front of the camera so you can see the intensity you need?
Btw, I don't see what you see regarding your chin... X

Don't use a bronzer to contour... For why just watch jordan liberty's video for why you should NOT contour with bronzer on YouTube... On another note just try to find your jawbone and follow that line with your contour shade - Jordan's video also gives tips for contouring products and miss Jacqueline always has great contouring tips if you go on her page you can comment and ask her for her suggestions

As far as WHAT to contour with, I suggest the Anastasia Beverly Hills contour palette. Shadows are cool toned and not shimmery, so bronzer really won't create the appearance of a shadow.
