Is there any cosmetic outlets in Ontario, Canada. Specifically in Toronto, Mississauga etc..
Any thing to do with Elf, NYX or drugs store brands etc...

Honestly I doubt it... I go to mississauga every so often and haven't heard of any. we don't have anything like that here either... walmart, target and internet-_-

If your talking about stores like ulta or sallys and stuff... no they're not in canada and you can't order from them (unless they changed that). sorry I'm not getting the outlet part of the question. you may find independant stores though...

Sally's is in Canada. I live in Edmonton (Alberta) and there's 4 Sally's in my city. But unfortunately there is no cosmetics outlets in Canada, outlet stores aren't generally a Canadian thing unless it's an American company.
You can get elf at winners and select London drugs, Nyx at rexal drug mart and some targets though.

A few days ago I had noticed that target here in Edmonton is selling elf now. Yeah, before I could only find select products at winners. But they had a decent sized selection at Target. But yeah. not really and outlet!
