Bb cream. it gives some light coverage. pretty sure it won't cover your freckles.

Use a sheer coverage concealer and only on the blemishes start with a green concealer or a green primer all over your skin , then add the sheer coverage concealer and that's all you can really do. I recommended a stick concealer like the one from Loreal so it's precise and blends only on the blemish and doesn't spread further

Freckle buddy! I just use concealer where its needed or you can also use a bb cream the freckles should show through :)
