Do you wash your back, after you wash conditioner out of your hair? It really helps :)

I agree with Emily. I rinse everything, then rinse my back one more time right before I shut off water.

I have really bad back acne too! Personally, I don't use conditioner. In about 4 months my back is the clearest it's ever been.
CVS sells a bar of acne soap that is 10% benzoyl peroxide. I would suggest giving that a try. It works everywhere, chest, face and back. Hope that helps!
