Upper Lip Discoloration!! Urgent.

So, this is a slightly touchy topic for me, but I always get good suggestions on here and I trust you guys:)
My upper lip, sort of the mooch area lol, is really discolored, looks kinda darker than the rest of my face and a weirdish green colour, it basically looks like I've been shaving for most of my life :/
I really really hate it, no matter how much I've threaded doesn't seem to be a normal

Any help is appreciated

Yeah I used to have this, I hated it. it would peak through my foundation, around 13 it just disappeared. I started using cream hair remover and it sucks because my stache wasn't even noticeable it was just that ugly tinge looking color. but yes, it seems like the hair remover and plucking any stray hair helped me a lot

I would exfoliate that area so new skin regenerate in a color thats the same as your face.
