So I'm working on eyeliner & I'm just wondering how to make it not smear? I don't have eye primer & I was wondering if there's anything I can do to make liquid or pencil not smear when you sweat , ect..

You could try setting yours with some eyeshadow, I do that a lot :) but I think it mostly depends on your eyeliner. Waterproof ones are the best as they're supposed not to smear.
