I would get fake nails, and cut out the middle leaving the ends pointy, and paint them black again.

Oh and actually, you can get water tattoo paper from Michaels and print your own design onto it then you have your own water decals.

And get fake nails, long ones, paint them black then get a nail clipper and clip them :)

Another way to do the thumb is to paint the nail yellow, then paint out the batman logo on a plastic bag. Wait for it to dry completely ( a few hours) and slowly peel it off. it's like a sticker. Seal it off with top coat and you're good to go:)
