They are totally different and the Lorac is way better than the Naked palette. The Lorac one has more matte shadows and shimmer shadows and the naked palette only has like two matte shades. Plus the pigmentation of the Lorac shadows is much better and you get more shadow for less money

Okay, here's what I found:
All the top swatches are Urban Decay and all the bottom swatches are Lorac. So from right to left is UD Sin and Lorac Nude, UD Buck and Lorac Taupe, and UD Half Baked and Lorac Gold

Again going from right to left, the first ones all the way on the right are UD Toasted on top, then Lorac Pewter, then UD Sidecar. The middle set are UD Hustle and Lorac Deep Purple. Lastly, all the way on the left is UD Gunmetal and Lorac Slate

They aren't really dupes for each other. If you want an exact dupe, I reccomend MUA Undressed. Each Colour is sooo closely matched, and the quality is pretty good too!
