AHAs and BHAs can really help with that inner glow- they are chemical exfoliants. If you can't get them, a mechanical scrub (with beads in it) will work too, don't use it every day -just follow the directions. For makeup, you can follow Alexis's suggestion using a highlighter, or if you're not acne prone, coconut oil will give you a very natural glow. Jojoba oil is great too, I just started using it and my skin looks fab!
