Haha awkward question but tomorrow it's going to be HOT like 90?+ hot! I'm going to be outside a lot unfortunately... imma put my hair in a high pony and twist it into a bun, but is there any beauty hacks to stay cooler, because I'm someone that likes 70-75? weather so 90?+ is cray cray for me?!!

Bring a small cooler with wet towels in it and ice, placing a wet cold cloth on the back of your neck really helps (if you can do that where you will be)

I actually prefer to leave my hair down in the blazing sun... it shields me from the heat for a bit. Definitely a nice fan since you will most likely attempt to fan yourself anyways and a big bottle of water. Try to not really get grossed out at sweating as it just makes it worse for you mentally ( sweating is inevitable at that point ) and try not to wear tight fitting clothes as they will make you feel worse.
Don't do boots as warm feet will really intensify the heat for you and try to stay in the shade or by plants.
Definitely have some Bathroom Breaks to freshen up, and bring some spare mini deodorants if you have any or some scented lotion to feel put together.
As for make up... bring anything you can use to touch up because it will move around somehow with the sweat. I personally don't like using waterproof mascara, since it can dry out the lashes so what I do instead is use my regular mascara and do my last coat with the water proof one.
For the hot sun, when it comes to make up I really don't wear anything other under eye concealer, mascara, brows & liner ( if I feel like it ) and a lippie. It's enough to look polished and put together without such high maintenance. I work outside in the hot sun here in scorching Miami and that's as good as my make up gets for work.

I would do a trusted sunscreen, waterproof mascara, and a tinted lip balm with sunscreen. I wore a bb cream that I've never had issues with last Saturday running errands and it broke me out like none other. Gotta say it was NOT worth it at all!

Stay hydrated! drink cold water and eat ice chips (if possible). try to wear all cotton or a breathable material. I always prefer dresses in hot weather. keep your hair off your neck and face and use sun screen. eat a good breakfast (I'm one to get dizzy in the heat especially if I don't eat). like Kelly said, a cold cloth on the back of your neck works great or a frozen water bottle. and minimal makeup. if its that hot out, then don't bother with a ton of face stuff. I usually do a tinted moisturizer, mascara, tinted brow gel and lip gloss.

@Kelly what are ice chips?
I think the beauty part has been covered great already, on top of the other tips I'd recommend wearing a hat (like a straw hat or something) to shadow your face a bit and make sure to bring a bottle of water and a bottle of sunscreen if you're going places and reapply often.

Here in FL my city has been dealing with a lot of heat advisory's 100+ temps so I've been forgoing makeup a lot of days. Just my vitamin c/peptide serum, moisturizing spf and spf lip balm. Makeup...I actually skipped out on filling in my brows and mascara wasn't even a thought. When the weather gets extreme I just follow less is more approach. Be sure to keep enough fluids in you...soda not included...all it does is make you bloated and doesn't kill your thirst (actually makes you drink more of it).
