Gold colors would be pretty, if you're feeling more dramatic black eyeliner/eyeshadow or dark grays make blue eyes stand out a lot and would look great with your hair :)

I have blue eyes and this is how I do my eyes everyday.
Step 1 - apply primer to the lid
Step 2 - apply a eyeshadow that is similar to you skin tone all over you eye area.
Step 3 - apply a peachy color to you lid
Step 4 - apply a medium brown color to your crease.
Step 5 - apply a dark brown or brownish purple to use outer v
Step 6 - Blend it all out with a blending brush.
Step 7 - Highlight under you eyebrows and around your tear duct.
Step 8 - Using an angled eyeliner brush and the Maybelline EyeStudio Gel Eyeliner in Blackest Black, draw out your eyeliner
Step 9 - curl your lashes and apply mascara*
*if you apply false lashes and your comfortable with that, those make your eyes really pop as well
P.S. This is my eye routine. If you don't like on of the steps or feel it is not necessary, feel free to tweak my routine to your liking :)
Hope this helps!

I have blue eyes as well!!
1. Golds, light pinks, and light browns are all very nice. Stray away from dark colors as they take away from the eyes.
2. A smokey eye can be accomplished with darker great colors instead if black. Never use black! The colors don't look right.
3. Almay makes kits for different looks for eye colors; get the ones for blue eyes when you don't wanna have to pick your colors in the morning.
4. I find with my very light shade of blue that black mascara looks much better than brown.
5. People forget that lips an eyes go together! Try to balance your face. If you're using darker browns or greys go with a nude or very pastel pink lip. For more natural eye colors a bolder lip can be used such as a deeper pink or light burnt orange. You can expire sent with reds but make sure that the undertone of the lipstick compliments your skintone.
6. Curl your lashes before mascara. I find that this helps emphasize the eyes and the more mascara you build on after; the more dramatic the looks becomes.
Hope that helped! :)
