Rue21 and Marshall's questions.

I just moved to the states so I've never been to either stores, but my birthday just passed & I got $200. I need to do back to school clothes shopping & those are the 2 closest stores to me.

Do they have good quality clothing?
Are the clothes reasonably priced?
Are the stores actually worth purchasing from?
Are there better stores that you recommend?

Rue21 has cute clothes I use to shop there all the time because it was the closest shop near me with cute clothes. Their clothes are pretty good quality.

Tbh Rue 21 is really cheap. In price and quality. The clothing feels flimsy and rough. I'd go with Marshall's.

Marshall's is awesome!
I found a pair of Steve Madden ankle boots for only $18 on the clearance rack! Also TJmaxx is awesome too, they have Eco tools brushes for cheaper and clothes from both Marshall's and tj maxx are brand name and great quality! Their bags are steals!

I mean I just don't like the way the clothes feel they're rough feeling. Sometimes there's cute stuff but most looks cheap. Just my opinion.

I've never been to rue 21 but I absolutely love Marshalls it's great prices and great quality.
