Well.... That's a big goal, and one that you may not be able to achieve because of your genetics, body shape, and amount of commitment. The best thing you can do is go to the gym 4x a week, burn off any fat that you have, then do a lot of stomach muscle exercises, and in the morning I'd reccomend doing 30 crunches. Make sure to drink a lot of protein shakes right after you work out.

Most likely, partially because your a girl, you my only be able to get a muscley shape, a 2 pack or 4 pack. It's very unlikely for most women to have to gene nessecary to have a 6 pack.

I have been burning fat(I'm 13 as well) on my stomach and legs, and even if you don't get a six pack, you're going to feel a lot better. Keep in mind that this takes a LONG time.

Running is great but I don't know that this is a healthily goal. Genetically some people may not be able to have a "six pack" appearance. U should just focus on eating healthy and staying active :)

I suggest against it, I had a similar goal in seventh grade and ended up excersizing more than eating, and ended up eating as little as an orange wedge some days. It landed me in a horrible self conscious state and caused me to starve myself.
Crunches are an amazing ab work out, but be careful not to go overboard.

To get six pack abs do 100 crunches every day or do cardio like running or jumping rope.

Drink lots if water and do workouts for all over your body (people forget that spot reduction is impossible!) also work on your back muscles, they're considered part of your abs as well!

All these 13 year old girls stressing about their body worries me. I was anorexic by the time I was 12 because of these sorts of things!

Growing up I was very athletic and always had abs. When I reached high school I started doing 50 crunches every night. I'm 22 now and still have a six pack. I work out 5 times a week and do 100 crunches a day and two one minutes long planks. I always like to try new work outs too. I think the biggest thing is being CONSISTENT and eating clean!! You can kiss those abs goodbye if you fuel your body with junk. There's no quick fix answer just work hard and don't get discouraged

Avoiding sugars, cardio 2-3 days a week, protein powders within 20 minutes after workout. Planks, Pilates, side planks, etc. crunches alone help but it in itself is not enough.

Abs are made in the kitchen! I am so sorry, I hate hate hate to put down what others advise, but crunches are NOT what build abs. A proper diet is first and foremost. Then, total body exercise, spot treatment exercises are far less effective. Please please please talk to a GOOD nutritionist and qualified health consultant. The information you find on the internet, including mine, can be good and bad, depending on your age, ability, body composition, and so many other things... Please seek more reputable info in more reputable places! Not saying that what has worked for one here won't work for another, but you are unique, seek scientific specific advice :)

As a female you need about 17% body fat for your abs to show. Lifting weights creates a lean body and is effective so hit the gym lift weights 4/7 days cardio 3 out of 7 works for me.
