People tell me this is "miracle oil" that is supposed to make my hair healthy therefore, grow faster.. has anyone tried this or heard anything about it?

I just bought an argan oil mask and I used today. My hair has never been this soft and shiny and it feels soooo great! It's the best thing I ever used!
