Best eyeshadow and skin primers?

I have very oily skin and notice that I'm very shiny just an hour after I put my makeup on. I'm looking for the best primers, both eyeshadow and skin-wise. I've tried both Too Faced Shadow Insurance and UD's Primer Potion, and while they've worked the best for me, they still aren't as good as I wish they were. As for skin primers, I've tried a lot that feel oily when you apply them, which I hate! What are you're recommendations?

The NARS smudge proof eyeshadow base is the best I've ever tried for oily eyelids. It is a little pricey but if you want your eyeshadow to stay all day and not crease it's totally worth the money!

Well I personally love this face primer its lovely on the skin and just keeps oil controlled and it is the hourglass mineral veil primer :D
