Raw Skin on Face?

My entire face is raw, including my eyes. So they really hurt. Eyes have very delicate skin (as you know) so them being raw is very painful. Do you guys know what I can put on them to help?

Moisturize as much as you can but use a light lotion meant for eyes or sensitive skin. Maybe but cream Pollysporin in really dry spots. Don't wear eye makeup. Just wear bb cream and no under eye concealer
