A cups still get stretch marks lol. I've got some to prove it. But cocoa butter in lotion can help with them. There's not a lot you can do to immediately get rid of them. But everybody has them, even models. They just get photoshopped out. I can understand if you don't like them (no one does) but don't be ashamed and if they don't bother you once you see the photos, don't photoshop them. :)

I have them in my inner thigh. Butters can really help to prevent new ones from forming, at least. Mine faded a bit too-- over years though.
You can hide them with makeup like Dermablend if they're bright red for now.

It Works has a stretch mark cream that is purely amazing. It has nearly erased some marks I have had since I was young and it is fading my pregnancy marks on my tummy.

Keeping your skin hydrated is good for elasticity (and hopefully warding off future stretch marks) but as far as the ones you already have, there's not much that's going to make them look better. Blame genetics for why you're getting them in the first place : /. I have some on my hips and was reading up on laser treatments but they don't bother me enough to shell out that kind of money.

For moisturizers, shea butters and vitamin E oil are old time favorites!
