White: I don't have a favorite honestly... maybe Sally Hansen Xtreme wear in white on?
Matte black: OPI in 4 in the morning! Definitely. it's basically my favorite polish all around right now.

Hhmmm how about an NYC white? I had one that was pretty good and used it a lot. You're welcome! The OPI one is a satin edition or something like that and doesn't need top coat, I love it, I found mine at Sallys on sale for $4.00 :)

For white Sally Hansen hard as nails the formula is super long lasting and pigmented

Get a matte to coat. Essie makes one, its called matte about you and its awesome
