Hey Guys, So I have an eyeliner pencil and wanted to know the easiest way to apply it :)

If it isnt a liquid or a kohl eyeliner, heat it up before applying it by taking a blow dryer and blow on it for about 10 or so seconds. Then let it cool for a few seconds and then apply it. It should go on easier and not draggy.

If you are planing to do the flick then start with the flick first and then the other bit cx

With a pencil, draw short strokes as close to your upper lash line as possible, and start in the middle and work your way to the end. You can try a flick but it may be hard for a beginner. Don't take the eyeliner all the way into the start of your eye for a more natural look. If the line doesn't look perfect you can smudge it out as with pencil this can look really nice. :) there are so many more ways to use eyeliner so just have fun with it and experiment! :*
