Zinc and calcium are very important for nail growth. Make sure you eat plenty of food with those nutrients.

I file mine while growing them but I have really long nail beds... Hope I helped.

• be sure to file them going in one direction only, avoiding 'seesaw' motions which will split the nail
•try a protective or nourishing product
•keep a healthy and nutrient rich diet
