I also suggest otter box or another similar brand. They aren't super bulky, they come in different colors and some patterns and they are extremely safe for the iPhone. I had a friend drop hers very hard on concrete from a bus window last year (she was trying to take a picture) and when she went to pick it up there was like two small scratches but the rest of the phone was fine. Speck cases are what you need. I dropped my phone face down on the floor in target and my phone didn't crack. They're cheaper than otter boxes, they come in more attractive colors, they're so sleek that it doesn't feel heavy or bulky, and they actually work. I highly recommend Speck cases

I hate Otterbox! It broke like the first week that it was on my iPhone. I recommended Speck. They last forever, reasonably priced, and they have some really cool designs:) hope this helps:)

Spigen "tough armour" has been amazing for mine. Way better than an otter box and wayyyyyy less bulky. Check them out on amazon (that's where I bought mine) and the reviews are awesome. As a plus it also comes in the rose gold if you happened to get that version of the 5s 😊
