Ok so two questions:
1. how can I lengthen my pixie cut so it looks good by next June. willing to take any and all expenses.
2. my hair is really oily, without using dry shampoo cuz my mom won't let me, any wet shampoos (that's a thing rite) I can use that will stop my hair from being so gross?? please help next June is my eigth grade dinner dance and I don't want to look terrible its the biggest thing in middle school how can I grow out my hair by then and surpass the awkward stage.

That's weird that she won't let you use wet shampoo. But that would definitely fix your oily problem.
You could get extensions to lengthen your hair. Your hair won't grow faster naturally. How fast your hair grows is genetic bit the best thing to do is keep it healthy.

1. That's all up to your body and hair maintenance. And don't take any pills like biotin or ferritin or prenatal pills without getting blood work. Your body has requirement limits on those and you can overdose and suffer from side effects.
2. Clarifying shampoo might help. And you can sneak some baby powder as dry shampoo if you want
