Plus white system at Walmart it's $8, comes with a teeth tray, gel and a rinse. I experienced no sensitivity and saw results very quickly

I use plus white sometimes while I'm getting ready to go out. My teeth are pretty white to begin with so I can't really say much about plus white's whitening powers but I do notice that the gel makes my smile more bright , does that make any sense? Lol.

Oh and also the best thing to so to not stain your teeth is to always brush your teeth after drinking coffee, tea , wine etc

Honestly the most effective and long lasting treatment is going to your dentist and getting custom bleaching trays and the get the bleach they use. It's a higher percentage to help whiten and once you get the whiteness you take it only takes a few touch ups a year.
