Makeup with a nose piercing?

So I'm getting my nose pierced Friday, and I'm so excited! My only question is, if any of you has a nose piercing, does it make it more difficult when applying foundation and things like that? Can it clog the piercing? Thank you!! X.

Ugh yessss! It's annoying putting makeup on that area lol. I've had my nose pierced for like 7 years and I just take it out now when doing my makeup lol. Just put foundation around it and if any get on the jewelry just clean it with a q-tip.

I would suggest you not wear any makeup around that area when you first get it pierced as it can cause infection (what my piercer told me) but when you have it for a while you can just apply makeup normally and go back to clean anything that got onto the jewelry.

@Renay T. Lol, that's my main thing, I don't want to have to fight with my foundation but I never thought of taking it out once it heals, thank you!!
