Advics with Dermal Piercing!!

Hi girls I got a dermal piercing today just under my eye! I love it I have it covered atm and have to keep it like that for 3 days. just wondering ways to look after it? post pics of your dermals too! I feel like when I was cleaning it its like it will just fall out of my skin is that normal? thanks girls xxx

You shouldn't be worried about it falling out, an anchor is placed deep in the skin when you get a dermal done. If it is a genuine worry for you go back to your piercer :)
As for it's care, I don't have a dermal so I can't tell you much but I'd assume makeup is a no no for a good while and be careful not to knock it washing your face?

Agreed with Caitriona! dermal piercings have an anchor that is placed in the skin so it doesn't fall out. I wouldn't be worried, but if you really are then see your piercer like she said c:
as for cleaning, I just use Biotin I think it's called. it's an antibacterial spray for open wounds, which is basically what piercings are. it always always works for me. also, I would stay away from using face makeup in that area for a while.

Do they just use a tool to basically punch out a hole in your skin? I've seen videos and that's what it looked like also how bad does that hurt? I wanted a dermal awhile ago then changed my mind after watching those videos

Yes they do. And they don't hurt bad, it just feels like a bunch of pressure and pulling.

Thanks heaps girls. I have been cleaing it with saline which is a salt water cleaner all is good and once it heals I will post a pic x
