It's not only diet darling you want to also focus on regular skin care , cleanser, toner and moisturizer but it recommend take what your dermatologist would give you. There are face masks such as freeman feeling beautiful and exfoliate your skin ^_^ scrubs help a lot. I also recommend to always use hand sanitizer and also drink lots of water. I been there.

Hun Acne Vulgaris is a chronic disease of the sebaceous follicles, you really need to see a dermatologist you have to take antibiotics and use topical benzoyl peroxide and have your hormones checked they need to do a hormonal work up on you a replace or add things that are missing

I agree with Tommy and Traci^^^
Definitely go see a dermatologist. That is the best option then he can tell you exactly what you should do instead of us guessing for you.

Definitely see a dermo if you haven't done so already. From looking at your skin I'm seeing multiple issues that is beyond many of us in regards to giving sound advice. This is not the time to go DIY. Diet wise...carbs and sugar are not your friends so if those goodies are heavy in your diet I advise decreasing consumption. Visiting a dietician that has knowledge with acne skin conditions would be able to give you a firm diet plan to help in healing your skin.

Go to a dermatologist before you turn 24, most health insurance cover acne treatment until 23 years old. I just started to get treated and I'm over 23 so I need to pay full price for my acne meds!
