I got dried lips lately and I wear lip balm all the time,
But I don't use it to much as some people do...
I can't figure out what to do?!?? Any home remedies or just simple tricks.

Make sure you're exfoliating them often. Excess dead skin on your lips tend to make them get dry faster. You can make a lip exfoliator by mixing sugar with olive oil or water.

Also make sure you're drinking enough water bc it might be because of dehydration I forgot to add that^

Dehydration is a big part of getting chapped lips, also, some lipbalms/chapsticks just don't work well and they might make your lips drier afterwards. I recommend carmex or nivea lipbutters, carmex (to me ) instantly hydrates my lips but I don't know what lipbalm you're using currently.

Some lipbalms have something in them what make your lips even more chapped, so you will use it more and more and more.

You should use EOS or cowshed. Those are two lipbalms without that thing (I forgot the name of it) in them.

Also, use a lipscrub once or twice a week. You can make your own by mixing 1 ts suger and 1 ts olive oil together and actub yoyr lips in small circular motions. Rince with warm water. Try using SPF20 or more on your lips to orotect from the sun. Not only during summer, but during every season. Try making your own lipbalm with SPF by melting EOS or cowshed and mixing some sunscreen. Put it jn a container and let it turn into a hard consistency again. Don't use babylips as spf lipbalm, those aren't good for your lips as well. I believe that EOS makes a lipbalm with spf as well, but I don't know for sure though!

Lush do an exfoliating lip product that you can lick off after and it's amazing!! So good.

Dehydration and dead skin cells can certainly dry out your lips. Drinking water, exfoliating, and using a good lip balm will help. However, instead of buying or making a lip scrub you can simply use your wet toothbrush and as far as lip balms go I really liked the nivea milk and honey one. This is what I do and my lips are never dry :) The eos lipbalms suck in my opinion they're waxy, smell funny, and don't hydrate your lips. I gave mine to my 3 yr old haha.

Me too! I found that a simple olive oil, sugar and honey lips scrub is amazing also if you add some vanilla essence it gives that extra something :) Carmax is my favourite lip balm to use especially after using a toothbrush to gently scrub my lips :)

So it may freak you out, but nipple cream works wonders for lips. My lips are suuuper dry all the time and I just recently tried some and it's great!

Exfoliate! I had dry lips but I kept exfoliating them with a lip scrub from lush and this shea butter thing and it was so good! Within 2 days I was back to normal. Also for lipbalms I would really recommend the body shop born lippy lipbalm. Those really do the trick for me😊

Mix a little bit of cinnamon and olive oil (or coconut oil or really any oil you have) together and then scrub this into your lips with a toothbrush. Afterwards apply a lip balm. I use the Body Shop's Born Lippy lip balms. They smell so good and they're adorable! EOS lip balms will also do the trick I just prefer born lippy balms bcuz they're thicker and they add more gloss to your lips.
