Uneven skin tone.

OkAy so basically the inside of my upper arm is lighter than the outer area and it looks strange. It's not from sun exposure, it's been like this for as long as I can remember.. Do you guys think using a fake tanner only on the inside part would be fine? If not what do you suggest?

The inner part of your body is supposed to be the lightest part on your body. the inner part of your arm is your normal skin tone.
