What are some good natural shampoo/conditioners?

I wanted to go no poo but before I do that I just want to use sulfate free and silicon free natural shampoo and conditioners, what are some good ones I should try?

This is what I use :) I got them at Rite Aid for $14 ($7 each) and almost all the ingredients are plant derivatives and oils (coconut, palm seed, argan, ect.) They contain no sulfates or silicones and are safe for color treated hair :)
