Lipstick vs. Eye makeup.

For anyone who could give me a little advice..
lately I've been into wearing lipstick, and normally I'm eye make up kind of girl trying to emphasize my eyes. Now that I'm into lipstick I'm not so sure how I can wear my eye make up to complement my lipstick. I usually will always do a cat eye so I'm taking the focus off my eyes and not looking clownish.
I have Revlon Colorburst in "Showy Flamboyant"-220 and "Unapologetic" -210.
Ulta brand in "#227 cappachino" and "#217 plum crazy"
An off brand Flower Chubby in "Coral Floral"
and NYX in "Chic"

If anyone has any recommendations that'd be appreciated. Thank you!

For bold lips I tend to just apply mascara for the day maybe shade the crease with some brown and maybe add some smudgy liner. For night I tend to just intensify that.

You can't go wrong with a neutral eye with a bold lip.
