Favorite eyeliners???

I need an eyeliner that doesn't look wet. I am currently using Maybelline's Master Duo liquid eyeliner. While I looove how long it lasts and how easy it is to apply I just can't get over how it stays so wet looking.

So what are your favorite matte eyeliners? Gel or liquid!

Elf cream eyeliner in black! Also you can just set your shiny black eyeliners with black eyeshadow to make it matte.

Makeup forever hd creme shadow (the aqua black one thing) but I use it as an eyeliner thiiiing. I definitely do NOT recommend the eyeko pen liner because its not waterproof.

Kat Von D! Its amazing and last all day. I used to use the same Maybelline liner but I had the same issue. Kat Von D is liquid and easily my go to eyeliner. Stila's is great too but looks wet and/or shiny
