Is this enough grow out to get my extensions touched up?

I got my first set of tape in extensions done almost 5 weeks ago.
I feel that they've slipped a lot and are pulling out at some places.
I already had 1 piece complete pull out from the scalp (from my own misuse)
I've noticed for some that the hair seems to be coming out on the end sides of the pieces and I can feel the tape where the 2 pieces have shifted.

So from this picture is my grow out enough to suffice getting them touched up?

Do you have a full set of them? They shouldn't slip out that much after 5 weeks!
I have bonded extensions and they last me 4-5months with about 1 1/2 - 2 inches regrowth. I think you should get in touch with your hairdresser and ask about whether they should of grown out that much, they should be able to do it for free if you say you aren't happy. Keep an eye on how much hair loss you have though. You don't want loads to come out after having them x

Yes I have a full set.
My hair gets pretty oily so not being able to wash them every day has caused oil buildup and is probably contributing to them slipping as well, until my hair is trained to go a few days without washing.
I haven't noticed major hair loss, except for the piece that ripped right from the scalp but that was from my own misuse.
