I wear every color just use a lip liner and you can pull off almost any color ,I think Mac Ruby Woo or Heroin would look great on you or Wet n wild cherry bomb

I think your complexion makes it easier if anything because undertone is less of an issue for you. Because I'm so bright and my undertone is noticeably yellow, I kinda have to stay away from certain shades. Plus you have a smooth, even complexion so it's easier to wear bold colors.
