How do I wash my beauty blender at home?

Mine is from sephora and I really need to wash it, but how?

Soap and water. squeeze it out till its damp.

When I had mine I used the solid cleanser that you can buy. Soap and water works well for just disinfection but the solid calendar won't deteriorate the bb and it will rid it of all the foundation and other product stains!
