I look like I'm 11. I have shoulder length hair that I was forced to get that bounces and waves all cutely like I'm going to go to a unicorn sugar party. My cheeks are also a little chubbier than other people's, and I'm also kinda small compared to my friends. The only mature pieces of my face are my eyes and my beauty mark. I'm desperate to look my real age (13) or possibly 14. Any ways to look better? I'm willing to buy/use makeup, and I've had my eye on a long brown hairstyle with golden ombré at the end if that helps, I'm excited to grow my hair out. Any ways to look older? Any other people having this problem? Any clothes I should wear, makeup I should use, brands I should shop at, etc? (No, I'm not going to justice. I mean designers and such)

Possibily mascara and a lip colour would look nice. For clothes: that is just all personal style, but I think a pair of high waisted jeans with a nice lace top would look very pretty and would make you look your age.

Well your only 13 so I don't think there is a need to look older. Just wear clothes that you like, get the hair style/color you want, and wear makeup when you are ready (not to look older). Trying to hard can actually make you appear younger, like you are playing dress up. And anyway it's really on how you hold yourself and how you act that makes you appear older.
There is nothing bad about look younger though, trust me, when you are 40 but look 30 you will be grateful

Get longer hair and part your hair to the side, it will give you a more mature and sexy look. Get more of a thin arched eyebrow as well because this can add to a mature look. As for makeup...mascara, eyeliner, and a tinted lip gloss should do it.

Ok Alexis, I'm 13 also, I actually like Ariana advice. 13 is real young, when your 13 you are a teenager, and can dress how you want. I'm not trying to be mean but I'm just saying, Courtney can look sexy if she wants.

I would reccommend not starting heavy on makeup at 13! I wore extremley heavy makeup at that age and regret it more than ever!

I understand where your coming from, I was like that at your age. But be who you want to be don't do it for anyone else, it sounds cliche but it's true. If you decide you want too definitely grow you hair out, don't wear too much foundation maybe stick to a BB cream if you really want to wear a base, you don't need any bold eye makeup and maybe a bold lip or just a pink gloss. Don't over do your eyebrows just pluck strays or get them proffessionally shaped. hope this helped :)

I suggest maybe wearing some mascara and and blush with some white or shimmery champaign colour to highlight the inner corner of your eye also some eyeliner is good too
But I suggest not putting mascara or eyeliner on your lower water line until you've practiced for a bit :)
As for hair maybe style it like this , but to look mature you also have to act mature
Sorry if it wasn't much help I have the complete opposite story to yours when I was 13 back in June I had people asking me if I was graduating even though my sister was actually the one graduating and she was standing right beside me every time haha
But be happy you look young because you don't have to pay as much for everything like even when I was 13 I always had to pay for a more expensive ticket for like the movies because they never believed I was a child :/

Parting your hair to the side and grooming your brows a bit is hardly provocative!! And yes I would like to add that you shouldnt wear heavy makeup at your age but experiment and try some products out a bit. When I was 13 the only makeup I wore was mascara and lip gloss and maybe I would play with concealer or 1-2 colors of eyeshadow. I'm 15 right now and I can remember that doing your eyebrows and wearing makeup was pretty normal. Its not about "looking sexy" its about looking neat and groomed...all perfectly normal at your age.

You can also pluck the stray eyebrow hairs , I don't suggest trying to shape them your self because one time when I was younger I tried and it was not good same with my sister and all of my friends ( also when your plucking don't pluck on top of the eye brow just the brow bone and in between the eye brows leave that for a professional)

Basically the lesson here is : do whatever you want to do with your looks, don't try too hard to look a certain way. Wear lots of makeup if you want , the goal should be to feel happy and beautiful , not like you're pretending to be someone you're not.

Ok... First.. Don't wear lots. But if you are wearing any wear a coat of mascara to your eyes, top and bottom. And wear eyeliner on your waterline. Then wear a bit of lip color and foundation. If you need it put concealer on on your undereyes to make you look more awake. If you want eyeshadow do a light brown, always looks good... For hair straighten or curl it. Make 2 braids near the front o your face, then take the ends an join then together in the back making like a headband :). Look older but not too much older..
